Renovated with authenticity, this charming 18th-century stone house offers a lovely south-facing view and can comfortably accommodate 10-13 people. With 140 m² of space, it features a spacious fitted kitchen, a cozy lounge with a fireplace and heat recovery system, four bedrooms with comfortable beds (including a crib), and two bathrooms, one of which includes a relaxing hydromassage feature. The house also includes two toilets and a garage.

The house is surrounded by 800 m² of enclosed land and boasts a delightful 50 sqm terrace, perfect for outdoor enjoyment, and half of it can be transformed into a pool area. Inside, you will be enchanted by the authentic details such as stone walls, a traditional bread oven, beautiful wooden French ceilings, wooden floors, and exposed timbers. The decor is refined and the accommodation is warm, providing a cozy atmosphere for your stay.

This non-smoking cottage is a relaxing haven for both summer and winter. It is approved by Tourism & Handicap for accessibility, catering to individuals with motor, auditory, and mental disabilities. However, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Directions

To reach Dimini in Chalmazel, Loire department, Rhone-Alpes region, follow these travel directions:

- If departing from Clermont-Ferrand:
Take the A72 motorway and exit at Noirétable-The Halls. Continue on the county road until reaching Noirétable D1089. From there, head towards St-Jean-la-Vetri and Jeansagnière, then take the D101 towards Chalmazel. Before reaching the village of Chalmazel, make a right turn 2 km prior and take the paved road on the left (Dimini). Continue until reaching the center of the village and then follow the cemented path on the left. You have arrived at your destination.

- If coming from Lyon:
Take the A7 towards St-Etienne and then switch to A72. Exit at Feurs and continue on departmental road D1089 towards Feurs until reaching Boen-sur-Lignon. After approximately 2 km, turn left onto the departmental road leading to Chalmazel (D6). After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, continue for about 6 miles (2 km before reaching Chalmazel) and take the paved road on the right (Dimini). Proceed to the center of the village and then turn right onto the cemented road. You have arrived at your destination.

- If traveling through Roanne:
Take the D8 towards St-Germain-Laval until reaching Boen-sur-Lignon. After approximately 2 km, turn left onto the departmental road leading to Chalmazel (D6). After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, continue for about 6 miles (2 km before reaching Chalmazel) and take the paved road on the right (Dimini). Proceed to the center of the hamlet and follow the cemented path. You have arrived at your destination.
