This former Guard House has been transformed into an enchanting holiday cottage for 2 to 4 people. Nestled within the castle's grounds, this independent accommodation offers privacy and charm, surrounded by the beauty of the chapel, barn, woods, and pastures.

The 30m² terrace, with its southwest orientation, provides a breathtaking view of the castle. Step inside and be transported to a world of antiquity, with carefully selected antique furniture adding to the ambiance. This is a place where you can create lasting memories and enjoy a truly different kind of stay.

As our guest, you will have access to various benefits and services offered by the castle. If you need any amenities, the town of Mur-de-Barrez is just 3km away.

Whether you're young or old, there is something for everyone in the surrounding area. With an abundance of interests and activities within reach, you'll never be bored.

The cottage spans two levels and offers 65m² of living space. The spacious bedroom features a romantic four-poster bed (140), and there is an additional secondary chamber in the adjoining dovecote. This chamber connects directly to the first-level bedroom and includes a floor bed (90) and a second mezzanine bed (90).

The cottage also includes a cozy lounge area with a TNT TV, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a dining area. From here, you can step out onto the sun terrace and enjoy the summer furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. For nature enthusiasts, there are direct access points from the house to the forest and hiking trails.

Directions

To get to Mur-de-Barrez from Vic-sur-Cere, follow the signs for Raulhac and take the D600 road. Drive for about 3 kilometers until you reach a place called Courbelimagne.

From Aurillac, take the exit towards Arpajon-sur-Cere and then turn left onto the D990 road towards Raulhac and Mur-de-Barrez. After passing through Raulhac, continue for 3 kilometers until you reach Courbelimagne.

If you are coming from Mur-de-Barrez, take the D600 road towards Aurillac and continue for 3 kilometers until you reach Courbelimagne.
