This charming detached house offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. With 2 bedrooms, a spa shower bathroom, a dining room, and a separate lounge, this 80m² home provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.Conveniently located near shops and motorway access, this property is situated in a village renowned for its ancient fair and is nestled at the foot of a picturesque hill. Just a 10-minute drive away is Parmenie, famous for the Chartreuse cellars in Voiron.
Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Chambarans park and Lake Paladru, both offering beautiful scenery and outdoor activities. Additionally, there are plenty of forest walks available right on the doorstep.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged, with Bedroom 1 featuring a comfortable 140-sized bed and Bedroom 2 offering two 90-sized beds, as well as a cot for families with small children. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven.
The bathroom boasts a luxurious spa shower, and there is a separate toilet for added convenience. The dining room provides a cozy space for enjoying meals, while the lounge is equipped with a TV and internet access.
Outside, guests can enjoy the privacy and security of two private and closed areas, along with the availability of a barbecue and garden furniture.
