Description for Gite
We offer a charming gîte and studio for your stay, perfect for couples or small groups of up to 4 people. The gîte features a separate kitchen and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests, while the studio with a kitchenette is suitable for 2-3 people. Both accommodations provide a terrace with a lovely view of the garden, where you can relax and enjoy your meals using the provided garden furniture and barbecue. Additionally, free WIFI is available in the Salon Rouge.Situated in a separate wing of the main building, our accommodations have their own private entrance. They are tastefully decorated in a Mediterranean style, featuring warm terracotta and mustard colored walls, as well as wooden floors. The gîte is a self-catering unit that offers a veranda with a garden view. Inside, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a comfortable sitting area. The salon also includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. Connected to the kitchen, there is a spacious living/bedroom with two single beds measuring 80 cm x 210 cm. This room has its own private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide the first essential groceries in the refrigerator and make the beds prior to your arrival. Additionally, towels are included in the rental. If needed, a washer and dryer are available upon request. Rest assured that all of these amenities are included in the price, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay without any extra charges.

Une masure de caractère, des arpents de verdure, un chouïa de zenitude, des hôtes bien sympatiques - tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour.

septembre 2013, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante fermette restaurée avec goût avec des hôtes fort sympathiques qui connaissent le coin et les bonnes adresses, ne pas hésiter à rencontrer Caroline et Charles dans ce coin calme et réconfortant du Gers, belle région à découvrir.

To reach Domaine A Marmande from Paris, follow signs for Bordeaux/Nantes. Once on the A10, continue following signs for Orleans until you reach the intersection of different highways. At this point, keep following the signs for Orleans and Orleans Centre/Vierzon/Limoges, which will lead you onto the A71. After approximately 80 km (50 mi) around Vierzon, take the exit for Limoges/Toulouse, which will put you on the A20. Continue on the A20 for about 400 km (250 mi) until you are near Montauban. Take exit number 65 in the direction of Agen/Auch. Proceed straight through the next two roundabouts, following signs for Agen/Auch/Tarbes. After 700 m (1/2 mile), turn left at the traffic lights towards Montech. This road, the D928, will take you all the way to Auch. In Auch, follow signs for Tarbes on the N21. Cross the water and take a left towards Mirande. Continue following signs for Tarbes/Mirande on the N21. Once in Mirande, go left towards Tarbes, then take a left towards Berdoues on the D939. In Berdoues, after passing a small square at the Mairie (City Hall), take a right. After approximately 500 m (1/4 mi), take a left at the intersection. After another 400 m (1/4 mi), take a right onto the third driveway, and you will have arrived at Domaine A Marmande. The journey from Toulouse Blagnac Airport typically takes around 90 minutes by car.
