We have a fully independent guest room located on the ground floor, providing its own space and private parking. This room can accommodate 2 to 3 people and pets are accepted under certain conditions. The room includes a 160X200 bed and an additional loft bed measuring 90X190. Situated in a very quiet dead end street, it offers amenities such as TV and WIFI. You will receive a warm welcome, although breakfast is not provided. The property is situated 2 kilometers away from a small village known for its oysters and authentic seaside atmosphere. Shops can be found on Ile Lady, 3 kilometers away. The surrounding area includes the Rochefort sector, marshes, and the LPO reserve, as well as island tours of Aix, Oléron, and Ré. Inside the room, you will find a fridge and microwave for your convenience. The rate for 2 persons is 45 euros per night, excluding breakfast. Discounts are available for stays of 4 nights or more during the off-season. We accept holiday vouchers and the guest room is open all year round.
