The Domaine de la Vautier Court is a charming, old-fashioned Norman farmhouse that can accommodate 8 to 10 people and offers three delightful rooms. Nestled in the serene countryside of Mandeville en Bessin, this tranquil village is conveniently located just a short fifteen-minute drive from Bayeux and only ten minutes away from the mesmerizing sea. Surrounded by a picturesque apple orchard and grazing sheep, the house and cottage have been beautifully renovated to showcase the local stone and architecture. The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious living room with a dining area capable of accommodating up to 14 guests. Adjacent to the dining area is a cozy lounge equipped with a TV and DVD player, seamlessly connected to the open kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room and a separate WC on this level. Moving upstairs, you will find four inviting bedrooms. "The sea" bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, a single bed, and a crib for your convenience. The "The swamp" bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed. The "The forest" bedroom features a double bed, while the fourth bedroom offers two single beds that can be easily joined together. A bathroom with a toilet is also located on this floor. Step outside onto the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, parasols, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals and the outdoors. A garden shed is available, equipped with deckchairs and various games for children. The cottage is surrounded by a lovely flower garden and provides secure parking away from the road.
