Welcome to our accommodation, featuring a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a large living room equipped with a comfortable lounge, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom includes a shower, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience. This charming cottage is situated on the lower level of a carefully renovated old water mill.You will have the luxury of two terraces, one facing south and the other facing west, both elevated on stilts. The natural surroundings are picturesque and the property boasts a beautiful garden where the owner has provided a designated area for you to relax and enjoy the lush greenery. Parking is available on the grounds near the house.
While you will have the tranquility of a peaceful natural setting, you will also have the convenience of being close to the center of our small town, which is home to approximately 8,000 residents and offers a variety of shops. Within a 5-minute walk, you can explore the town's charming streets. Additionally, a lake borders the town and serves as a reservoir for a series of tannery mills, including ours. This provides opportunities for water recreation, fishing, and there is even a 25-meter swimming pool nearby. For those who enjoy hiking, there are trails that start right in front of the house.

Directions to the Eco-Cottage of Triskel Bertaud, located between Rennes-Nantes (N137) and Vitre-Redon:
- It is a 20-minute drive from the southern entrance to Rennes, which is approximately 30 kilometers away.
- If coming from the north, it will take about 50 minutes from Nantes (75 kilometers) and Vitre (55 kilometers).
- Redon and La Gacilly are approximately 40 minutes away, which is around 40 kilometers.
- Saint-Malo is about an hour's drive, approximately 100 kilometers.
- Mont Saint-Michel is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away, which is approximately 120 kilometers.
To reach the Eco-Cottage of Triskel Bertaud:
- By train: Take the TGV to Rennes, which takes about 20 minutes, and then take the TER train to the Messac-Guipry station, which is about 10 minutes away.
- By plane: Rennes (Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande) airport is about a 25-minute drive, and Nantes Atlantique Airport is approximately 55 minutes away.
- It is also possible to reach the cottage by bike or on foot, as there are walking paths and MTB/Hybrid trails nearby.
To get to the cottage from the town center:
- Take the D3772 road in the direction of RERC-EN-LAMEE and pond Bain de Bretagne (east).
- After crossing a bridge (with the pond on your right), take the first left onto Quarries/Bertaud road.
- Continue for a few meters until you see the sign for "Bertaud." The eco-lodge will be on your left.
