Situated in the beautiful municipality of Saint-François, along the route to Pointe des Châteaux, a classified and protected site boasting exceptional landscapes. The house is located within the Karukéra resort complex, which is home to the craft village and the House of Coco.
You'll have private access, via a footpath, to one of the most magnificent beaches in Guadeloupe - Anse à la Gourde. Additionally, you'll be near Salines beach Tarare (naturist) and numerous secluded coves within the lagoon. The St. Francis resort offers a range of excellent amenities, including a casino, an international 18-hole golf course, a marina, a port, an airfield, as well as a variety of restaurants and shops.
Nestled on a spacious 525 m2 plot, the house features a cozy living room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking the pool, two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds, and a cot) each with their own air-conditioned ensuite bathroom. The house comes equipped with various modern conveniences, such as a dishwasher, a washing machine, traditional ovens, a microwave, a TV, a DVD player, and a 3G WiFi internet connection through a domino device. Linens are provided, and the house has a safe and electric shutters for added security.
Outside, you'll find a spacious covered terrace, perfect for enjoying meals by the large private saltwater pool in an L shape.
