The Margotière is a traditional Breton house that offers independence and comfort. With a spacious interior measuring 70 m2 and a beautiful garden spanning 700 m2, this charming house is conveniently located near the Ria d'Etel.Perfect for a group of 4 people, with an additional bed available for children, the Margotière features a well-furnished ground floor. The cozy lounge is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a dining table, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your culinary adventures. The house also includes a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as convenient storage space.
On the upper floor, you will find two inviting bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm, while the other bedroom is furnished with two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm each.
Whether you are planning a short stay or a longer vacation, the Margotière offers complete independence. For your convenience, we provide essential breakfast items such as coffee, tea, orange juice, jam, and butter. Additionally, all linen is provided, and the beds will be prepared for your arrival.
The Margotière is equipped with modern amenities, including a brand new kitchen and a washing machine. A television is also available for your entertainment. The rest is up to you, as you can enjoy your stay without any time constraints.
