Maison Du Montitier, located in Normandie, is a charming holiday Gite owned and operated by James and Jacqueline Cunningham, originally from Cumbria in the northwest of England. This newly renovated barn conversion offers a delightful stay with its two spacious family bedrooms, each featuring en suite facilities, satellite TV/DVD/CD/radio, Wi-Fi, and breathtaking panoramic views of Le Mont St Michel. Additionally, bed & breakfast stays are available for guests. The Gite comfortably accommodates up to eight people, with the option of a travel cot and highchair if required.Conveniently situated just four minutes away from the historic Le Mont St Michel and on the border of the picturesque Bretagne region, Maison Du Montitier provides easy access to a variety of attractions. Nearby towns such as Avranche and Pontorson offer excellent shopping and dining experiences, while Cancale, only a 40-minute drive away, is renowned for its beautiful beaches famous for Mussels and oysters.
The Gite features a lovely patio area perfect for enjoying alfresco dining, as well as a large secure garden where children can play safely. Additionally, Maison Du Montitier is licensed to serve evening meals and drinks, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
In addition to the main house, we also offer a brand new one-bedroom Gite located in the charming village of Servon, just 7km from Le Mont St Michel and 3km from our main property. This cozy accommodation boasts an open-plan living and dining area on the ground floor, making it an ideal choice for two to five people.
