Located 20km from Ajaccio in the peaceful Prunelli Valley, Casa Chiesa della Vigna is a charming guest house in the heart of Cauro village. Just 15 minutes away from the beaches, 20 minutes from the mountains, and 5 minutes from the river, our guest house offers a tranquil and relaxing retreat. On the left side of our house, we have two guest rooms available. The first room is Asian-inspired, decorated in fresh and zen beige, white, and gray tones, with the capacity to sleep up to 3 people. The second room is African-inspired, featuring warmer orange tones, red accents, and wooden elements. Both rooms are air-conditioned and share a common bathroom and separate toilet. Guests are welcome to enjoy our breakfast table, where they can sample regional cuisine made with quality ingredients from our region and garden. Our fully equipped kitchen is also available for guests to prepare their own meals. The garden surrounding our house is at your disposal for relaxation and leisurely walks, while children can enjoy outdoor games. A wonderful stay is guaranteed!

In terms of accommodation options, the Asian room can accommodate a double bed and an additional person on a 90cm bed (with a supplement of 20 euros). We also welcome small children (up to 3 years old) with their own cot, turning the room into a family suite for up to 4 people (cot provided by us with an additional fee of 5 euros). The African room, on the other hand, is designed for 2 people only.

For those interested in exploring Corsica's marvels, Casa Chiesa della Vigna's ideal location between the sea and mountains offers a full day tour. You can indulge in simple walks or hikes, discover the region's cultural heritage, and enjoy swimming opportunities. Starting from Casa della Vigna Chiesa, head towards Bastelica and Val d'Ese (D27), enter the pine forest of Pineta, and take a leisurely stroll (about 15 minutes) to admire the Genoese bridge in our valley. Explore Bastelica, the hometown of the famous Sampiero Corso, a colonel in the French army of François 1st. There are heritage trails and circuits that allow you to fully immerse yourself in this mountain village. For the more adventurous, head to the Ese plateau and explore its "pozzi" with several hiking trails available. On your way back to Cauro, take a right towards Tolla and Ocana to admire the stunning Prunelli gorges in our river valley.

As you continue your tour, don't miss the breathtaking view of Tolla village and its lake. It's a must-visit place where you can enjoy water sports, picnic areas, playgrounds, and swimming. Before you hit the road again, take a moment to appreciate the dam, where you don't need a fear of heights. Finally, head towards Bastelicaccia and Huerta to join the N 196 or make your way to Ajaccio. Along the way, you can admire the famous sunset over the Sanguinary islands or visit the beautiful beaches of Porticcio for a night swim, reminiscent of tropical paradises. After this day of exploration, you will understand why the Greeks named Corsica Kallisté, meaning the most beautiful.

Our guest house offers a spacious and air-conditioned lower wing, perfect for four people. The 40 m2 house includes a main room with a modern kitchenette equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and food processor. The lounge area has a TV and can also be used as a sleeping area for two people on a comfortable bz. There is a separate bedroom with a 140 bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Outside, you will have your own terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue grill, perfect for enjoying delicious meals in both summer and winter. If desired, you can also join us for dinner at our table. The village offers various shops such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores, and a bread depot. Additionally, there is a doctor and a post office nearby. Our location guarantees a great stay with multiple opportunities.
Located in the Prunelli valley, Cauro village is just 20 km from Ajaccio. Our new villa, "Babbu u," is currently undergoing renovations and will be ready to welcome guests in May 2015. This family house, with an area of 90 m2, is being transformed into a more modern space with white and gray plaster and entirely new joinery. It will consist of two bedrooms with double beds, cupboards, and closets. One bedroom will have a blue and taupe color scheme, blending modern and ancient elements, while the other will have a romantic green theme. There will also be a room converted into a sleeping area with a bright and colorful bunk bed, perfect for two children. The dining room will have a pleasant and bright country chic atmosphere with a corner TV, sofa bed, high table, and indoor fireplace for cozy winter evenings. The modern fitted kitchen will have a dining area and be equipped with a ceramic table, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances. There will be a bathroom with a toilet and an additional toilet in an attached arbor with a laundry room. Outside, you can enjoy a garden terrace with sun loungers, a BBQ, and a large table for outdoor dining. There is reserved parking available. As our guest, you will also have access to our above ground pool, swing, table tennis, boules, badminton, and other outdoor amenities.
