Welcome to Villa Charlotte, located in downtown PORNICHET, just 250 meters away from the beach and spa. Our villa is situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and a lively atmosphere. We are proud to be recognized with the CLEVACANCES label and accept holiday checks.Villa Charlotte can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and offers a range of amenities including a fully-equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and more. The dining area features a modern table and chairs for you to enjoy your meals. The living room provides a cozy space with a sofa, coffee table, TV, and a hi-fi system. The villa also includes a bathroom with a spacious shower cabin and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find the first bedroom furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and a sleeping loft, along with a wardrobe for your convenience.
Our villa also features a patio terrace with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Additionally, we provide a plancha and deckchairs for you to relax and unwind.
For your comfort, we offer additional amenities such as an iron and ironing board, a clothes horse, and central heating. Please note that meter readings will be taken during the winter period from October to May.
To make your stay hassle-free, we provide linen for your beds, towels, shower sheets, and kitchen towels. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made and ready for your use.
We offer different rates and booking options. Our night rate applies from Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with a minimum booking of 3 nights. The weekend rate applies to Saturday nights and holiday eves, with a minimum reservation of 2 nights. We also offer a discounted rate from the 4th night, and an additional sleeping option is available for the 5th person at an extra cost of 8€ per night. Pets are welcome for a fee of 25€ per stay.
Please note that our arrival day is flexible, except during July and August when bookings are only available from Sunday to Sunday.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour à la villa Charlotte. c'est une agréable maison, au calme, joliment décorée et bien équipée à deux pas des commerces et à une dizaines de minutes à pied de la plage.

proche de tout !
maison très propre et très bien placée en centre ville mais au calme. Pas besoin de voiture : plage, commerces, golf, la Baule... tout est à proximité, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Belle décoration ! A recommander.
