The studio, situated on the ground floor of a detached house, boasts enhanced sound insulation and has its own private entrance. It offers a parking space, a terrace, and a charming garden.

The studio features a living area with a dining space and a well-equipped kitchenette (including a fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle, and complete cookware and dishes). There is also a comfortable sleeping area with a quality BZ bed that can accommodate two people.

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. Unwind and relax on the peaceful deck or in the garden.
