Located in a separate building of a manor that is jointly owned with another property, this charming cottage offers a spacious area of 80 square meters to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is furnished with modern appliances including an oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer. The kitchen opens up to a private garden on the south side, where you can enjoy outdoor dining with the available garden furniture and barbecue.
Upstairs, a large living room awaits with cozy armchairs and a sofa, along with a TV and wifi for your entertainment. This floor also comprises three bedrooms, furnished with comfortable beds (one 160 x 200 cm bed, one 140 x 190 cm bed, and two 80 x 190 cm beds), as well as a bathroom equipped with a sink, a spacious 90 x 90 cm shower, cabinets, and two separate toilets.
The rental rates for this cottage include all necessary amenities such as bed linen, towels, shower mats, and kitchen towels. The beds will also be made upon your arrival. Furthermore, central heating, electricity, and water are included in the price. Additionally, wifi is available for your convenience.
Please note that the following services are not included in the rental price: a cleaning fee of 60 if you choose not to clean the cottage yourself before departure, and a local tax of 0.50 per person.
