The house respects the local architecture and utilizes natural materials such as wood beams and lime-hemp. With good sound and heat insulation, it provides a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The house is equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player, library, stereo, and high-speed wireless internet.

The house is heated using wood, with a stove and open fireplace, except for the bathroom which is heated using electricity. It is spread across two floors. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, an office-bearing room, and a toilet. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an open fireplace and wood stove, a veranda (which can be used as a separate room), a bathroom, a laundry room, a dressing room, and a toilet.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people and offers comfortable sleeping arrangements. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (160 cm and 140 cm) and a veranda room with a sofa bed (140 cm).
