The house is equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player, library, stereo, and high-speed wireless internet.
The house is heated using wood, with a stove and open fireplace, except for the bathroom which is heated using electricity. It is spread across two floors. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, an office-bearing room, and a toilet.
