Welcome to our guest apartment, located on the charming banks of the Sevre Nantes in Vertou, just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Nantes. With direct access to the "busway" and only 5 minutes away from the Congress Center, our apartment is perfectly situated for both business and leisure travelers.The loft-style apartment spans 45m2 and features two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a toilet. We provide all the essentials such as bed linen, towels, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish soap, towels, a microwave, a coffee maker, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, a TV, and internet access. Additionally, we offer a complimentary breakfast to start your day off right.
If you prefer to dine in, we also offer dinner upon request for a small fee of 12 euros. Parking is available for your convenience, and we even have bicycles for you to explore the area. Our apartment also boasts a lovely garden for you to relax and unwind.
