For quite some time now, we have been extending our hospitality to guests, providing a charming and family-run bed & breakfast experience.Our spacious rooms are thoughtfully adorned with tasteful furnishings, while the private bathrooms are exclusively dedicated to our guests' use. Meticulous attention to detail is a hallmark of our service, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. Experience the ultimate getaway in this charming and fully furnished three-story house. Situated in a serene location, our home offers magnificent views of the majestic Rocciamelone peak. The property boasts a detached guest annex, as well as three tastefully decorated guest rooms.In addition to your private accommodations, you will have full access to our shared living room. This cozy space features a large Tyrolean wood-fueled stove, perfect for keeping warm on chilly evenings. Stay connected with our complimentary computer and Internet connection, or simply relax and unwind in our inviting ambiance.
Step outside and discover our beautifully manicured garden, complete with a gazebo ideal for hosting delightful barbecues and picnics. Bask in the sun on our designated sunbathing area, or utilize our secure garage for storing and repairing bicycles and motorbikes.

Directions
To reach our house in the countryside of Frazione Arnodera, a hamlet of Gravere, you can follow these travel directions. We suggest reaching out to us directly for assistance in planning your journey, as we are happy to make it as quick and easy as possible.
If you are traveling by car, you can take either the A32 Torino-Bardonecchia motorway or State Roads 24 and 25. From there, take the SUSA exit and follow the signs for "Statale 24 del Monginevro" towards Oulx. After passing the town, turn left and continue towards PIAN GELASSA and PIAN DEL FRAIS. Drive for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the junction for Arnodera. Our house, Scotty and Co., is located on the right side before leaving the village.
Please note that we have a spacious carpark and a designated room for garaging and minor repairs on two-wheeled vehicles.
