- Brand new beds with comfortable boxspring mattresses and cozy quilts
- Option for a double bed that can be converted into two single beds
- A bathroom with a shower-bath, fitted washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer
- A television
- Coffee/tea service
- Wireless internet

Specific details about each room:
- Room 1 (14 m2): Includes a smaller adjacent room (1A) measuring 8.5 m2, making it suitable for a family of four. Guests in this room have access to a balcony.
- Room 2 (11.7 m2): Guests in this room also have access to a balcony.
- Room 3 (11.7 m2): This room is connected to room 4 (14.5 m2), making it ideal for a family of four or five. Room 4 includes the same beds as the other rooms, with an option for a third bed. It also has fitted washbasin furniture, and a private toilet is located in the corridor. The corridor provides access to the balcony.
