Outside, guests can enjoy a barbecue and garden furniture. The lodges and guest house are equipped with a central heating biomass wood chip network.The property offers a variety of nature activities, including a heated swimming pool and a tennis court along the Loir River. Fishing enthusiasts will delight in the opportunity to fish in the Loir River, classified as a 2nd category river. The island is known as a fishing haven, with two private islands, sluicing games, a spillway, and a source. Fishing is exclusive to guests staying in the holiday cottages.
