Located just 4km away from the vibrant Village of Groisy, which conveniently offers a railway station for easy commuting. Our property consists of two delightful holiday flats, each spanning a spacious duplex layout of 60m2. Adorned with rustic beams, these flats offer a cozy ambiance and feature two comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a charming lounge area, and a modern bathroom. Directions
Please take Exit 18 from the Annecy-Geneva motorway A41. Once off the motorway, head towards Annecy at the first roundabout and then towards GROISY at the second roundabout. Continue until you reach the village, which is approximately 5km away. Take a left turn towards "Chef Lieu" and continue for 2km. At the church, follow the route des Bornes (D2) for 3km. Then, take a left turn at the sign for "Chez Les Gris/mallasoire" onto Route de Mallasoire. Stay on this road and keep left at the first fork, and then turn right at the second fork onto Route de Chez les Gris. Continue down this road until you reach the end - our farm is the last one after the "T" no through road sign.
