Located on the ground floor of a detached home in Six-Fours, this room provides a view of the garden. It has an independent entrance from the garden, offering a quiet and family-friendly atmosphere. Situated 700 meters from the city center, it is conveniently located near the Fort de Six-Fours and a college. The surrounding area is residential, ensuring a peaceful stay. Additionally, private parking is available within the property.Inside the room, there is a comfortable 140x190 bed and a flat-screen TV with a 107 cm screen. Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and washbasin. To store your belongings, there is a pine chest of drawers. Bed sheets and towels are provided.
Adjacent to the bed and breakfast room is another space, not separated by a fourth wall, which contains a sofa bed. This area can accommodate two children or two adults, and an extra bed is also available if needed.
The price per night ranges from 65 to 100 euros, depending on the season and number of nights, for a couple. For each child, there is an additional charge of 10 euros per night, regardless of the period.
Smoking is not allowed inside the room, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.
Rooms are available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 10:30, unless there are special requests. A security deposit of 100 euros is required, and it will be returned upon departure. Prepayment by check is possible, or if you prefer to pay on arrival, we kindly ask for cash. If you have any specific requests regarding the room rental, please feel free to contact us. Breakfast is included in the price, and all taxes are also included.
