The house is conveniently situated at the entrance of La Possonnière village, easily accessible from Bouchemaine (Angers is 17km away). The surrounding area offers various attractions such as the tavern "vortices", the Inn of the priory, the beautiful Loire River, the scenic circuit of the Loire river, the Ark, and the charming garden of kangaroos. Other nearby places of interest include Savennières with its church and local winemakers, Ash for receptions and weddings, Béhuard (an island), Louët Rochefort with its racecourse and pool, and Chalonnes for swimming and canoeing. The location is peaceful and parking is available for your car, with the option to store a bike in the garage. In the morning, a delicious homemade breakfast is provided, including bread, jam, fruit, pancakes or brioche. Additional amenities include WiFi, a terrace, and garden furniture. There are two family suites and several upstairs rooms to choose from, with the Red Room priced at 55 euros.
