The Roguedas Cottage is a brand new, spacious building offering 68 m2 of comfortable living space. It is equivalent to a 3 or 4-star gite. Guests can enjoy a private garden and parking area, as well as a large south-facing terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture for soaking up the sun.On the ground floor, there is a generous main room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The room is bathed in natural light thanks to a large window that overlooks the southern exposure of the property. Additionally, a laundry room and toilet are conveniently located on this level.
We have made every effort to ensure that you feel right at home during your stay. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
Upstairs, you will find two charming bedrooms, each accommodating two people. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other offers two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this floor. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two additional guests.
As an added bonus, guests have the option to access a hot tub, a golf ball, and bicycles upon request. We also provide a stroller and baby cot for families traveling with young children.
Please note that sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
