This beautifully restored house offers a comfortable and spacious experience, featuring a lounge / dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The large living room is complete with a fireplace, sofa, chair, TV, and furniture. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Moving upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bath and WC. The bedrooms consist of one room with a 140-sized bed, another with two twin beds (90-sized), and two rooms each with a single bed (90-sized). A cot is also available for your convenience.
Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful garden and take advantage of the provided parasol, sunbeds, and barbecue facilities.

To reach the "gîte de Navarre" from Caen, follow these revised travel directions:
Start by taking the D613 (Route de Paris) for approximately 14km. Upon reaching Vimont, make a right turn onto the D47 (Route de St Pierre sur Dives). Continue straight until you reach a roundabout, then take the D80 on the right and drive for 2km. Next, make a left turn onto the D232, which will lead you up to the chapel of Beneauville. After driving for 800m, you will find the "gîte de Navarre" situated on your left.
