This description is for a detached house with two bedrooms located upstairs. The first bedroom can accommodate two people and has a bed size of 140. The second bedroom has two bunk beds with a size of 0.90. A baby cot is available upon request. There is also a bathroom with a bath and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Breakfast is optional.The house offers both autonomy and choice for guests. It is situated in a quiet area, just 30 meters away from the sea. There is parking available in the yard for one car. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The house is conveniently located near the urban transport network, providing easy access to Caen and resorts along the coast.
There are various leisure activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, such as cycling, walking, fishing, swimming, sailing, tennis, and going to the cinema. Within a 10-kilometer radius, there are also additional amenities including an equestrian center, two thalassotherapy centers, two casinos, a fishing port, and a ferry terminal offering connections to Portsmouth.
