The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, extractor, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a separate toilet conveniently located on the ground floor.Moving upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms offer ample storage space with plenty of closets. A fully equipped bathroom with a shower and a bath, as well as a separate toilet, are also located on the upper floor.
Outside, a delightful terrace awaits, complete with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Furthermore, parking facilities are available for added convenience.
