With easy access to the enchanting cities of Pisa and Lucca, our villa provides everything that Italy enthusiasts desire. Prepare to be captivated by the mesmerizing vistas of vineyards and medieval monasteries, while also being within reach of the mesmerizing coastline and delectable local cuisine found in nearby restaurants. Our villa serves as the perfect launching point for exploring the picturesque Tuscan countryside, whether by foot, horseback, or bicycle (which can be rented upon request). We are delighted to arrange bike excursions for our guests. Discover ancient churches, Renaissance villas, and traditional Tuscan farmhouses that offer tastings of local wines, freshly pressed olive oil, and other mouthwatering delicacies emblematic of the region.

Welcome to our charming gite, where comfort and relaxation await. Our establishment features three spacious bedrooms, each boasting an en suite bathroom and a TV for your entertainment. Additionally, we offer the delightful Apartment Lolita in the loft, which can accommodate up to six individuals. This cozy retreat includes a double room, two sofa beds, and/or children's beds, as well as a large lounge area complete with a fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in front of the SAT-TV on the big-screen, equipped with DVD and VHS players, or cozy up by the large fireplace.

Start your day off right with a delectable breakfast or enjoy a quick snack amidst the serene ambience of our cool, fragrant garden. Indulge in a variety of local specialties, including a wide selection of cheeses and salamis, freshly picked fruits and vegetables from our own garden, and mouthwatering tarts, pies, and home-made bread. For a breathtaking experience, take advantage of our large terrace which offers magnificent views, or unwind in our spacious garden complete with a refreshing swimming pool, deck-chairs, sunshades, and a barbecue area.

As an added bonus, our villa is home to two charming donkeys named "Margherita" and "Ljuba," providing a delightful experience for children. We even organize excursions for the little ones to enjoy.
