Our two cottages are completely independent. Suite Pepper can be accessed via an external stone staircase and has its own private terrace, measuring 10 square meters, which is shaded by an arbor. The suite itself is 30 square meters in size and is west-facing, providing a beautiful view of the sunset. It features a comfortable 160 cm bed, a seating area, and a small kitchenette complete with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a sink, a dishwasher, and an electric barbecue. A glass partition separates the bedroom from the workshop bathroom, which is equipped with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet.

The Lin Seed chamber, located in a wing of the house, opens up to a charming flowered courtyard called Couradou, which is filled with the fragrant scents of Mediterranean citrus. This south-facing room is divided into two parts, connected by an internal iron staircase crafted by a local artisan. An adjacent private bathroom with a walk-in shower complements the bedroom.

This charming 18th-century silk factory has been lovingly restored and is located in the center of the quaint hamlet of Chabanne, near Chirols Vals les Bains, Antraigues, and Aubenas.

The house perfectly blends traditional character with a contemporary touch in its restoration. You'll find beautiful old chestnut beams, stone windows, and antique furniture alongside modern features such as polished concrete floors, a metal staircase, and aluminum door frames.

With a spacious 70m2, the cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and another with twin beds (90cm).

The main floor features a convenient walk-in shower and a lava stone sink, accessible from both bedrooms. There is also a cozy living room with high ceilings, flooded with natural light through the large bay window that opens onto the terrace. The living room is equipped with a kitchenette and a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen, open to the living area, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishwasher, providing everything you need for meal preparation.

An iron staircase leads up to a relaxation area on the mezzanine with a comfortable 90cm bed, as well as a private terrace of 40m2. The terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, including the beautiful Tanargue mountains. It is furnished with a table, lounge chairs, an electric barbecue, and an old stone sink.

Nature lovers will appreciate the cottage's proximity to rivers such as the Ardèche, Fontaulière, and Bourges, which offer picturesque spots for swimming and fishing.
