The property, a beautifully restored 19th-century building, sits on a sprawling park of 1.5 hectares, adorned with the tranquil Morin river. With meticulous attention to detail, the interior boasts tasteful decor and offers a range of excellent services. Convenient access to Paris and the RER transport system ensures easy exploration of the city. The gite also offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodations. The ground floor comprises an inviting entrance, a spacious living/dining area (40 m2), and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient WC and two rooms housing two single beds each. On the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, along with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a luxurious balneo-shower. The gite is equipped with central gas heating (additional cost of 8-16 euros per day), and bed linen rental is available for 12 euros per bed. Other amenities include a tumble dryer and a small stay-tax of 0.99 euros per day, per person. For larger gatherings or events, there is also the option to rent the reception room.
