Welcome to lEAU VIVE!Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and find tranquility in our charmingly renovated stone farmhouse. With its rustic beams and slate roof, our property offers a serene and secluded pastoral setting. Located just 3 km (2 miles) from the picturesque town of Chateauneuf du Faou in Central Brittany, you'll be surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere.
Unwind and relax in our heated pool and jacuzzi, enjoying complete privacy at no extra cost. Your private suite opens directly onto the pool and jacuzzi area, ensuring convenient access. Inside, you'll find a comfortable double bed, a private toilet, and wash basin. While a shared bathroom with shower and bath is available for your use, towels are provided for your convenience. Additional amenities include a mini fridge, flat screen TV, and Wi-Fi.
Rest easy knowing that safe parking is available on our property. Our owner shares Waterside with his four ultra-friendly dogs, who will warmly welcome you during your stay. Start your day off right with a free continental breakfast, featuring crusty French bread, local butter, fresh farm eggs, and more. Enjoy the meal at flexible hours, tailored to your preferences.
During your stay, take advantage of the nearby attractions. Explore the Nantes/Brest canal, a true paradise for fishing, and take a leisurely stroll along its picturesque towpath. Push the little gate,
your look will not stop contemplating the site ; the very well restored old farm is splendidly fitted out ; the cosy inside is minutely decorated. The outside space 'eau vive -spool and jacuzzi' are lovely
