The bergerie is now available for weekly rentals. It features a comfortable living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the valley and the swimming pool while using the barbecue on the covered terrace. The spacious double bedroom provides a cozy space for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is well-equipped with a bathtub, shower, laundry machine, and dryer. Additionally, there is an extra room with its own bathroom and a mezzanine, offering a double bed and three single beds. We also have another smaller gîte called "le Bois" available for two people.Reviews

Directions
Clot des Tilleuls is situated in the village of Masquières. If you are traveling from Limoges or Toulouse on the A20, take exit 58 labeled "Cahors Sud". After approximately 2 km, you will reach a roundabout. At this roundabout, turn right and follow the signs for Cahors on the N20. Once on the N20, continue until you reach the second roundabout. At this roundabout, follow the signs for Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Agen on the D653. After driving for 10 km, turn right onto the D656, still heading towards Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Agen. Around 500 meters before reaching the roundabout of Tournon d'Agenais, take a right onto the D151 towards Thézac and Mauroux. Keep going until you pass the wine cellar of "Vins du Tzar", then take the first right turn and immediately the first left turn. At the end of this road, make a left turn and drive for another 500 meters. Clot des Tilleuls will be on your right-hand side.
