Upon request, a folding bed can be provided for a baby. The living room, spanning 16 sq metres, is furnished with a high-quality convertible sofa from the renowned brand Cinna (210cmx160cm), a TV, and a low table.

Additional amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen area with electric hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. There is also a washing machine and ample storage space with plenty of cupboards and shelves. The bathroom features a bath/shower combination and a wash hand basin, while a separate toilet adds convenience.
