On a sunny day, the large lawned garden with garden furniture is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink or meal.

Outside, you'll find private parking for up to 4 cars and a beautifully flowered entrance with paved stones. The 80 square meter rose marble terrace, complete with a pergola, provides a lovely space for outdoor gatherings. We also provide garden furniture and a barbecue for your convenience. Families with children will appreciate the swing set and sandbox.

Inside the gite, the ground floor features a separate room with a dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, and cleaning equipment. There's also a separate WC with a cupboard and cleaning products. The main bathroom is equipped with a bath, WC, cupboard, mirror, and wash hand basin. The solid oak timber kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, cooker hood/hood extractor, 1.5 bowl sink, small and large electric ovens, microwave oven, and fridge/freezer. The living room boasts a traditional wood fireplace, dining area, angle sofa, TV, pay phone, books, and games. With direct access to the garden, you can enjoy superb views of the open countryside.

On the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with a closet, while Bedroom 2 features four single beds and a closet. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a closet, color TV, baby bed, and balcony. There's also a bathroom with a separate shower, wash hand basin, and mirror.

Throughout the cottage, electric panel heaters keep you warm during the chilly months. Warm water is produced by a separate electrical unit, and we provide VIVA service phone for your convenience.
