On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen (including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle), as well as a dining area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a bathroom, a toilet, and a washing machine. The cottage benefits from electric heating.

Outside, there is a terrace with stunning views of the Pyrenees, a garden, a solarium, and a designated parking space. The cottage itself spans 90 square meters, with additional outdoor space.

There are numerous activities available in the area, including hiking (with the GR86 trail passing by the house), horse riding, fishing, and exploring the countryside on horseback or donkey. Additionally, there is a swimming pool, tennis court, lake, pedal boats, fishing spots, climbing opportunities, a castle, museum, exhibition hall, and market all within a 2-kilometer radius.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The price includes a package of 56 kilowatts of electricity, with any additional usage charged at a rate of 0.13 KW. Additionally, a package of wood for the fireplace is provided free of charge.
