The studio is conveniently located near 50 ski slopes in St Gervais. Situated on the ground floor of a chalet, you can access the slopes or the pool directly from the entrance. The terrace offers stunning views of Mont Blanc and overlooks St Gervais.Upon entering the studio, you will find a spacious hallway equipped with a cupboard, clothes hangers, iron, ironing board, and cleaning accessories. The hallway leads to a cabin area, separated by a curtain, which features two bunk beds with drawers. The beds are furnished with a double quilt, two single quilts, four throws, and two bedside lamps. Adjacent to the cabin area is a private bathroom with a bath, washbasin, hair dryer, and toilet. The bathroom is also equipped with drying racks and mats.
Continuing through the studio, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a microwave, oven grill, fridge, coffee machine, raclette and fondue pots – everything you need for cooking. In the small hallway, there are two solid oak folding beds that can be easily stored during the day, providing ample space. The kitchen area also features a television, DVD player, and DIVX player.
The living room area consists of a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, as well as a dining area with a large oak table, three chairs, and an oak bench. This area boasts a large bay window that opens onto the terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs. The studio is east-facing and measures 30 m2, with a 5 m2 terrace.
For your convenience, there is a locked and private storage room adjacent to the studio, where you can store your skis, sleds, and other equipment. This room can be accessed using the same key as the studio. Additionally, we provide ski lockers and a garden table and chairs for our tenants. We recommend storing any bulky items, such as luggage, in this storage room. All you need to bring are sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
