This historic manor, established by the de Launcells family after the Norman Conquest, is situated in a tranquil and secluded valley just beyond the hill from the charming Market Town of Crediton and near the village of Sandford.

Combe Lancey is a fully operational farm with sheep and cattle, and can be accessed through its own private roads, surrounded by 150 acres of picturesque meadows. It is conveniently located just a half-mile walk from Crediton, and nearby is the quaint village of Sandford, boasting charming old Pubs. The breathtaking landscape of Dartmoor National Park is easily accessible, and the historic Cathedral City of Exeter is within close proximity.

The cozy and rustic accommodations are housed within the cob and timbered Linhay, a part of the Listed 15th Century thatched Farmhouse. From here, guests can enjoy stunning views of the valley, formal gardens, and orchard. The en-suite rooms, along with the separate Breakfast Room, offer complete privacy in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
