The house can be divided into two self-contained flats if needed:
- Ground floor: 80 m2, featuring a kitchen, living room, 2 terraces, bathroom with WC, 2 bedrooms (with the option of an additional bed in the living room), and a private outdoor car park.
- 1st floor: 100 m2, comprising a kitchen, living room, terrace, bathroom with WC, 4 bedrooms (with the option of an additional bed in the living room), and a private outdoor car park.

The village of Saint Drézéry (34160) is conveniently located 30 minutes away from various attractions:
- The city of Montpellier
- The beautiful beaches of Carnon and Palavas
